WHO cases: 19,273 with 117 deaths. Canada 1,530 with 2 deaths + Mexico 5,029 with 97 deaths; U.S. 10,053 with 17 deaths; total 16,612 (86%) with 116 deaths (all but one in North America).
CDC cases 11,054 (WHO lags by 1-2 days) with 17 deaths. SC same 46 cases for 32nd rank.
