This update is for 2009 actually, the latest data available. I'm told final 2010 data won't be out for 2 more months. There hasn't been much change compared to 2008. Here are the rankings:
#4 Advair Diskus, #7 Singulair, #21 Levaquan, #23 Spiriva, #39 Proair HFA, #42 Nasonex, #58 Advair HFA, #61 Pulmicort Respules, #76 Symbicort, #97 Avelox, #102 Xopenex neb, #114 Ventolin HFA, #127 Proventil HFA, #131 Allegra-D, #139 Nasacort AQ, #156 Asmanex, #169 Patanol, #170 Xyzal, #173 Clarinex, #175 Astelin, #183 Allegra-D 24HR, #192 Veramyst, #194 Xopenex HFA, #197 Epipen.
A lot of names that you should recognize if you've been buying allergy or asthma meds for some time. This is not the order of meds that I would have predicted, but that goes to show I'm only 1 person.

I prefer the all natural supplements that will aid in clear breathing, not the over-the-counter or prescription ones (www.bionoricausa.com/clearbreathing).
