The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases has just published 
Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Food Allergy in the United States.  I am pleased to see this.  Thirty-four professional organizations, federal agencies, and patient advocacy groups were consulted in the course of drafting this document.  I encourage those with food allergies or concerns about food allergies to start off reading the Summary for Patients and Families.
